Eiji rushes towards his opponent. If he collides with them, he barrages them with multiple strikes, ending with a Kasumigiri.
The version in KOF '98 has Eiji create a shadow clone, then barrages his opponent with strikes, ending with a Kasumigiri followed by a Koppagiri.
