The King of Fantasy: Yagami Iori no Isekai Musō ~Tsukio Miru Tabi Omoidase!~ (ザ・キング・オブ・ファンタジー 八神庵の異世界無双 ～月を見るたび思い出せ！～), translated as The King of Fantasy: Yagami Iori's Another World ~Remember When You See The Moon!~, is a novel published by KADOKAWA on July 5, 2019. It was illustrated by Eisuke Ogura and written by Nobuhiko Tenkawa.
As the name suggests, the main protagonist of the story is Iori Yagami. For some reason he is transported to another world where he'll need to face goblins and other monsters. As it turns out, Kyo Kusanagi was also brought into the same another world where Iori was transported to, but suffers amnesia.
The storyline is confirmed to be alternatively taking place between the events of The King of Fighters '97 and The King of Fighters '99.
