• Due to the fact that the team bears his complete name, K' is one of the two characters who are always present in him.
  • Maxima also is the other character who always present in this team, due to the fact of being the second founder (and K' partner, protector and friend).

• The 2001, 2002/UM, 2003, XI and XV formations of this team are the only with three characters modified through technology. The other two formations counts with two characters with this feature.

• This team won the '99, 2000 and 2001 tournaments, as Team Hero.
  • Vanessa, a member of the K' Team in KOF 2000, is the first female character to win a KOF tournament. The other female characters who would later win a KOF tournament would be are Whip (2001), Leona Heidern (2003), Elisabeth Blanctorche (XI and XIII) and the duo Isla and Dolores (XV).

• In The King of Fighters 2002: Challenge to Ultimate Battle, this team was called "KOF '99 Team", with its members (K', Maxima and Whip) representing The King of Fighters '99 (the canonical game which both debuted). However, in the remake of the reffered game, the team returns to their original name.

• This team, Team Yagami, Team Masters, Team Ikari Warriors, Team NESTS, Team Kim, Team Hero, Team Rivals, Team Agents and Team Isla are the only teams of the series which one or more members have unknown nationality.
