Team Agents (エージェントチーム) is a reoccuring Team in The King of Fighters series.
Description[]
As the name implies, this team consists of characters who are secret agents, whose main objective is to investigate the events that take place in the KOF tournaments, both within and outside. This team appear for the first time in The King of Fighters 2002 (a Dream Match game), with the agents Vanessa, Seth and Ramón as a part of a Special Team.
The three appear for the first time as playable characters in The King of Fighters 2000 (Ramón and Vanessa in Team K' and Seth in Team Benimaru), and appear together in a team (along with Iori Yagami in his namesake team) during The King of Fighters 2001. Vanessa and Seth appears firstly in The King of Fighters '99 Evolution, as striker characters.
Even when they're not participants, all of the members of Team Agents are still working behind the scenes, as seen in Story Mode of The King of Fighters XIII.
The team would make its first cannonical appearance after the NESTS Saga in The King of Fighters XI, with Seth as a non-combatant (and cameo character) and Blue Mary as its newest member, replacing him. Although the team would not participate in the following tournament as playable fighters, the story mode for The King of Fighters XIII's console version showed its members working behind the scenes to investigate the tournament.
In both of these appearances, the agents worked as independent contractors for Heidern (Ikari Squad Commander) or for Ling, a mercenary leader killed during The King of Fighters 2000 (and replaced by Zero, a NESTS employee who was physically similar to him). The team would later appear in The King of Fighters XV, now under the name Team Secret Agents. In this new team formation, the mysterious Luong replaces Ramón, and works together with the butler Hein.

- Yellow: for table titles and undefined/dual status.
- Lime & Red: for the characters' participation in the team.
- Forest Green & Fire Brick: the first color indicates the characters who participated in the team in all times which he appeared in the series, and the second indicates the characters who were absent in the team from, at least, one game in the series.
