Tate Katate Nage (殺陣（たて）片手（かたて）投（な）げ; Killing Array One-Handed Throw), occasionally called Kosatsu (虎殺（こさつ）; Tiger Killer), is one of Geese Howard's Throws in both the Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series, first appearing in Real Bout Fatal Fury 2: The Newcomers.

It also has an alternate variation known as the Kosatsu Nage (虎（こ）殺（さつ）投（な）げ; Tiger-Killing Throw).

Description

Geese lifts his opponent up by their neck, then slams them to the floor while also kneeling down to do so in unison (bringing them down with extra downwards force as a result compared to other choke slams).

The Kosatsu Nage on the other hand, involves Geese instead performing a two-handed overhead judo toss on his foe. This version in RBFF2 can be followed-up with Zetsumei Jinchuu Uchi (絶命（ぜつめい）人中（じんちゅう）打（う）ち; Life-Ending Philtrum Strike), which has Geese get down on his opponent and rapidly palm their face while they're still downed.

In his human form, Tate Katate Nage has his opponent bounce forward slightly; as Nightmare Geese, his opponent just bounces in place. There are also times where when acting as his back throw, he merely switches sides as his foe is already in his grasp.
