Catalog this game as one of the series Main Games between Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 and Garou Mark of the Wolves.
Although in a matter of gameplay and stages the game is a port of the Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, it has its own storyline involving Alfred and White and there's nothing that indicate the White incident isn't canon.
