Description[]

The user grabs their opponent, then flings them overhead while circling-waving their arms as they are flung to opposite side of the screen, with the user then striking a flexing stance afterwards.

In Geese's case, he normally grabs his foe's torso in the KOF games, or in the case of Fatal Fury 3 and the Real Bout games, he bends down to grab their thigh instead. Either way, he waves his arms while standing upright and flexes with an energy gathering gesture. Geese's variant often varies on whether it is a command throw or a normal throw.

In the case of Rock, he grabs his opponent by their ankle, and waves his arms while standing with his legs slightly farther apart. His stance flex instead involves him pumping his fist and facing his other arm downwards and away. What makes Rock's version different however is his ability to brake it with at the apex of the throw, allowing for followups; his variant is also always a command throw.

Rasetsu XV

Rasetsu

Rock can also follow-up with Rasetsu (羅刹らせつ; Rakshasa), where he fires a blast of gathered-energy from his palm (after waving his arms) at his falling foe - while this would originally be a manual input (mainly done by holding down the brake input), it would be incorporated as the version in his King of Fighters appearances, and merely done automatically from Shinkuu Nage's version after being empowered by Deadly Rave EXT in KOF XV.

Rock's variant also as of KOF XV patch 2.10, can also be performed off of the Rage Run Type "Shift" via it ending frames as a "rekka"-styped followup input, with no motion input required and with the same properties as the standalone variant for both normal and EX. This also carries over into COTW.
