Shin Tsumakushi Yoarashi (

Description[]
A "true" take on the 311 Shiki Tsumakushi technique, Goenitz hops and take a winding swipe downward with a slashing wind. Despite its appearance, it does not hit overhead.
Strategy[]
Shin Tsumakushi: Yoarashi can be cancelled into other special moves and have different attributes depending on the version used.
- The
version of the move can only be cancelled into Shin Aoi Hana Seiran. It is unsafe on block and cancelling into Shin Aoi Hana for a frame trap attempt is a risky gamble. This is the exact same situation Iori faces.
- The
and
versions of the move can cancel into all other special moves, allowing for extended combo potential, especially in the corner. Both versions are safe on block except against 1-frame command grabs.
- The
version in particular is fast enough to combo from heavy attacks. Following up into an
Yonokaze in this situation puts Goenitz closer and allows plenty of time for a dash up close D into possibly yet another Yoarashi.
Trivia[]
- Should the move be written in kanji, it would be (
真爪櫛 夜嵐 ).
