Shijou Saikyou no Low Kick

Shijou Saikyou no Low Kick (史上（しじょう）最強（さいきょう）のローキック; Strongest Low Kick in History) is one of Joe Higashi's Super Special Moves in The King of Fighters series, first appearing in The King of Fighters 2002: Challenge to Ultimate Battle.

Description[]

Joe rears back, then launches himself forward for the strongest shin kick he can muster.

Strategy[]

Despite having the name "The Strongest Low Kick in History", this Super Special Move isn't useful. At all. It has a slow start-up which the opponent can see a mile away. If charged, the low becomes an unblockable, so it has that going for it.
