Seijirou (せいじろう, born on July 1 in Osaka) is a voice actor, narrator, and tarento. He attended the Broadcasting Arts College as well as the Osaka Animation School before he started his professional career. He is currently associated with Winner Entertainment West. His voice can be heard in various commercials in Japan.
He voiced Billy Kane in The King of Fighters 2003, The King of Fighters: Another Day and The King of Fighters XIII.
