- SNK (1978 – 2001), former company name: Shin Nihon Kikaku. Bankruptcy in 2001.
- SNK (2001 – present), a company that inherited intellectual property rights from the previous company mentioned above. The company name was changed from the previous company name "SNK Playmore" to the current company name in 2016.
- SNK NEOGEO, former company name: Sun Amusement, is one of the Playmore group companies. Established in July 2000, the company's main business activities include operating amusement facilities, selling and supporting medals and slot machines, and developing games and prize machines, and Sun Amusement became SNK NEOGEO, which was then merged with SNK Playmore.
