Ryuuenbu

Ryuuenbu (龍（りゅう）炎（えん）舞（ぶ）; Dragon Flame Dance) is one of Mai Shiranui's Special Moves in the Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series, first appearing alongside her in Fatal Fury 2.

Mai hops forwards while spinning in a full circle, whacking her opponent with the end of her belt, which has been set alight with flames. The version hits once and comes out quickly, while the version hits twice, but has a slightly longer startup.

Starting with KOF XIII, Ryuuenbu gains an variant - in most appearances, the version has Mai perform the move twice in rapid succession; in COTW, the version hits twice like the version, however it spins the opponent out instead of knocking them back.
