Description[]

Terry reads away, then dashes forward with a Buster Wolf-esque punch letting loose an energy trail. Upon connecting with the said punch, he follows-up with a shoulder block, finishing with a multi-hit Rising Tackle.

Strategy[]

KOF 2002[]

Rising Force starts up fairly slow, but can travel across the screen incredibly fast. It also has complete invincibility on startup.

KOF 2002 UM[]

One of the more easier MAX2 to combo into in the game. Unlike in KOF 2002 Vanilla, the start-up slower than before ever, to the point where its slower than High Angle Geyser. It also doesn't reach full screen anymore, and it has no invincibility on startup. Overall, it's best to use as a combo finisher.

Trivia[]

  • This move is visually similar to Rock Howard's Shining Knuckle.
  • In KOF 2002, for some reason, Rising Force counts as being airborne during its active period.
  • Ky Kiske's second Instant Kill in the Guilty Gear series is also named Rising Force.
