Rising Fang (ライジングファング) is Terry Bogard's Level 3 Super Art (becomes a Critical Art when low health at 25%) in Street Fighter 6.

Input
Street Fighter 6 + or

Description[]

Terry poses akin to the pose seen on pre-hit Burn Knuckle's stronger versions while charging his ki from the ground, then performs a Rising Tackle to launch his opponent to the air. Terry then when landing propels himself with a Burn Knuckle aimed at the ground, flying higher to his launched victim with another Rising Tackle as he drills them with his foot. Upon reaching his victim at an even airborne level, he finishes them with a charged-Power Geyser punch at their chest, erupting its energy from behind-and-through the victim.

The Critical Art version instead when Terry lands from the first Rising Tackle, propels himself with a High Angle Geyser instead that shoots him through at a diagonal angle to intercept his victim (who is launched at a distance away instead of vertically from the said initial Rising Tackle). Upon reaching them, Terry also instead punches their gut with an airborne Buster Wolf, launching them away into a wall-splat akin to a pile bunker, which makes Terry himself recoil back to the ground as he rolls backwards onto his knee before getting back up to his stance.

Trivia[]

  • Rising Fang is derived from Rising Force (on super version of Rising Tackle) and Stardust Ignition (for the similar ender effect).
    • Likewise, the stance Terry takes beforehand is also similar to the one for initiating the Senpuuken used to defeat Geese in the Legend of the Hungry Wolf anime, also down to the similar blue energy used.
