Re Verse (リ・ヴァース) is a character from The King of Fighters series. It was first introduced in The King of Fighters XV as the game's sub-boss.

It is voiced by Lynn.

Appearance[]

Re Verse has similarities to Isla's appearance, with similar hair, phantom hands and a gas mask as part of its design.

Personality[]

Similar to its first incarnation, Verse, Re Verse is an embodiment of negative energy and rage like a fire. However, Re Verse is more feral in nature, often talking in a language unknown to humans and more prone to shrieking. In many ways Re Verse behaves like an individual afflicted by the Riot of the Blood, being completely untamed and viscerally violent to the point of total mania.

According to Heidern's report in the edit team ending of KOF XV, Re Verse is alleged to appear at the end of the world to collect souls for a greater god, presumably for Otoma=Raga.

Re Verse's power is connected to Isla's powers.

Trans-dimensional manipulation - Re Verse is able to change the fabric of reality.
Negative force Manipulation - As it is the embodiment of negative forces, it has full control over every negative force or energy.
Vampirism - Re Verse can absorb the life force of a being by biting into them.
Pyrokinesis - Re Verse can control purple fire.
Superhuman Strength - Re Verse has superhuman strength.
Superhuman Speed - Re Verse is capable of moving at high speeds, even in the air.
