Preecha (プリチャ) is a character from the Fatal Fury series. She will debut in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
Story[]
Not much is currently known about Preecha, but she is said to a scientist investigating ki, as well as the star pupil of Joe Higashi.
Appearance[]
Preecha has dyed light pink hair with blue streaks (naturally brown, as indicated by her eyebrows), tied in a ponytail with purple clips to keep the bangs out of her brown eyes, also donning black spectacles. Her fingernails & toenails are painted bright green & pink in an alternating sequence.
Her default attire consists of a white sports bra worn under a cropped sleeveless yellow top, multicolored armbands on her biceps, red wraps on her hands that tuck into black-and-pink cuffs, black-trimmed orange Muay Thai shorts with her name written on the front, and off-white leg warmers that partly cover up her red foot wraps.
Personality[]
A scientific-inclined girl, Preecha mixes her science with Muai Thai and some boxing, resulting in a boisterous disposition on her part. Though she hates getting hurt, she endures it to further her research. She analyzes her opponents in a clinical manner to better understand their superhuman abilities, and sees her matches as data collection for her studies.
Preecha's fighting style is Muay Thai. She seems to have aerokinetic abilities, similar to Joe Higashi, being able to summon tornadoes with her punches and kicks.

Etymology[]
- The name Preecha is noted to be a masculine name in Thai.
- The proper feminine counterpart to the name is Preechaya.
- Preecha in Thai means "wisdom", "ability", "discernment", "clear knowledge", "insight", referring to her geek and scientific behavior.
Trivia[]
- While not confirmed, Preecha's appearance and fighting style seem to resemble Kuan Konta, a character who was planned to appear in the unreleased Garou: Mark of the Wolves 2, and the person that Joe Higashi encounters in his backstory in The King of Fighters XII. As of now, Preecha is speculated to be a rework of Kuan, and are implied to be two different people.
