Neo Max Super Special Moves are a type of Super Special Move used in The King of Fighters XIII.

This kind of Super Move requires 3 stocks of Super Meter and 100% Hyperdrive Meter.

Billy Kane	???	Dai Guren Rasen Kon	+	Billy sends out a spiralling flame from his staff.
Chin Gentsai	???	Suisou • Gouran Enhou	+ (Air OK)	Chin takes a drink of his sake, then blows out a stream of flames.
Clark Still	???	Ultra Clark Buster	+	Clark tackles his opponent, gets them in a Super Argentine Backbreaker hold, jumps high and flips over, driving his opponent stomach-first into the floor.
Duo Lon	???	Hiden • Genmu Juon Shikon Sou	Close +	Duo Lon creates a portal where he stands. If his opponent is inside, myriad souls rise up and strike his opponent.
Elisabeth Blanctorche	???	Étoile • Filante	+	Elisabeth shrouds the screen with holy light.
Goro Daimon	???	Kyoutendouchi	+	Daimon feigns a Jiraishin as a counter. If hit, he slams the opponent on the ground, then throws them up. He then opens his eyes while raising his arms, then thrusts both his hands into the floor, making a fissure that launches the opponent again.
Hwa Jai	???	Final Dragon Kick	+	Hwa Jai does a Dragon Kick and drives his elbow into his opponent, pincering them with a dragon's maw imposed around them.
Iori Yagami	???	Kin 1218 Shiki Yatagarasu	+	Iori goes into a frenzy and claws at his opponent upwards.
Iori with the power of flames	???	Ura 1029 Shiki Homurahotogi	+	Iori goes into a frenzy with flames in both hands, then jumps at his opponent to slam their head into the ground and explode them with his purple flames.

K'	???	Hyper Chain Drive	Close +	K' drives his fist into the ground, creating a towering pillar of flames.

Leona	???	Leona Blade	+	Leona goes into her Orochi form, then charges her front arm with energy to slash her opponent, which makes them explode on impact.
Mai Shiranui	???	Shiranui-Ryuu: Kunoichi-no-Mai	+ (Air OK)	Mai jumps to the back corner of the screen and dives at her opponent, creating the 女（じょ） (Woman) kanji in sparks, then ignites them behind her.
Mature	???	Awakening Blood	+	Mature reveals her eye from underneath her eyepatch, which then imposes a red eye that whips her opponent with a bloody tentacle.
Maxima	???	Maxima Laser	+	Maxima fires a blue laser from his chest.
Mr. Karate	???	Kishin Sanga Geki	+	Mr. Karate jabs his opponent's middle, then creates an avatar of energy behind him while charging up an overhead chop.
NESTS Style Kyo	???	Saishu Kessen Hiougi "Totsuka"	+	Kyo charges at his opponent like Buster Wolf, creating a screen-filling explosion.
Raiden	???	Raiden Bomber	+	Raiden charges at his opponent with a strong lariat, trailing with rainbow energy and spinning his target out.
Ralf Jones	???	Jet Vulcan Punch	+	Ralf barrages his opponent with 94 rapid punches, overheating like a machine gun in the process.

Saiki	???	Kasumi	+	Saiki turns into his awakened form and covers the screen - and his opponent - in black sludge.
