Overview

Moe is a Rushdown character that, as far as her only two (playable) appearances are concerned, is middle of the road at best compared to other characters on the roster like her teammates Kyo or Shingo.

Compared to Kyo, however, Moe is a fairly straightforward character with hints of mobility, as she can bait out whiffs with Reading Stars and punish any jump-in attempts with Steam Blast. Similar to Iori, she also has a "rekka"-style special move in Sleeve Slammer, which knocks down on hit. Throw in a workable overhead in Waving Grain and borrowing from Kyo with her Wafting Peach Blossoms (which is essentially Kyo's Naraku Otoshi, just performed with instead of ), and Moe can prove to be a very capable threat up close.
