Maxima fires a giant blue beam from his chest.
Strategy[]
Hype Beam Time! Maxima Laser beats any projectiles that comes its way, including projectile supers of the same level. Maxima Laser does not have any scaling, and deals around 45% of damage. It's a very deadly Neo Max on its own, but in an HD combo for Maxima, an opponent's life will go down the tubes in seconds. While it is very fast, your opponent can safe jump over it. However, it can punish full jumps on reaction. It also has the possibility of not hitting all the way if not done at point blank range.
