Leader Super Special Moves (リーダー超必殺技; lit. Leader Super Sure-Killing Art), sometimes stylized as LEADER Super Special Moves, are a type of Super Special Move used in The King of Fighters 2003 and The King of Fighters XI (due to the Tag Battle System of the two games).
This kind of Super Move requires 2 stocks of Super Meter, and can only be used by the Team Leader; this is always the first selected character in 2003, but can be selected in the latter game.
Ash summons greens flames shoot from the ground around him, causing him to glow green. This move allows Ventose, Nivose & Germinal Caprice to come out instantly without charging for a short period of time.

Ash dashes across the screen, leaving a trail of green flames behind him. Hitting an opponent with this move seals your opponent's special attacks for about 10 seconds.
Athena rushes down her opponent with quick strikes, while changing to her costumes from prior games. Depending on what input you finish Psychic 10 with, you can have different finishers.
Jenet puts up a defensive pose. If she's hit during that time, she pops off one of her shoes and beats her opponent with it, smacking them away on the last hit before tugging it back on, embarrassed. Can be Dream Cancelled.
Gai powers up with an install that makes Slider, Knee Upper, Gai Driller, Gai Wheel & Gai Sniper Command Specials for the rest of the match, but makes Gai unable to switch out to any of his teammates.
Daimon sweeps his opponent to the floor with a delayed Chou Oosoto-Geri, then slams them either side of his body 7 times with increasing speed before throwing them high, and ends with a Jiraishin.
Iori slams his opponent into the ground, then grabs them by the collar, and surrounds himself and his opponent in a pillar or energy; initially purple, it turns orange and ends in an explosion.
Kasumi goes into a counter stance. If it succeeds against an incoming attack, she will catch them and then take them down with a well placed punch while they're on the floor.
Kyo creates a pillar of flames around him, then punches his opponent away with a rear hook, creating 4 afterimages of himself in the process, ending with a powerful 100 Shiki Oniyaki.

Taunting after a successful hit will grant Kyo an Install that allows him to cancel specials into each other, similar to MAX Mode in The King of Fighters 2002.
Ramón does 2 Tiger Neck Chanceries into a Tiger Spin. Inputting + after the first T.N.C has Ramón pick his opponent up and slam them behind him; + after that does a second slam, and the final + does a Tiger Spin.
Yamazaki slams his opponent front-first to the floor. He then gets 2 knives and butchers his opponent with myriad slashes before throwing them over his head by their neck in his mouth.
The version has Hayate doing a ground-level ranbu before finishing with a boomerang swing. The version has Hayate doing a ranbu that rises into the air before finishing with a boomerang swing. Both versions can link into each other.
Terry leaps into the air and, while surrounded by a dome of energy, smashes the ground with both of his fists, creating a horizontal beam of energy that materializes around him.
Vanessa enters MAX Mode for 5 seconds. During this time, she can cancel her normally uncancelable attacks, and can cancel one special move into another. She can also use both Champion Puncher and Crazy Puncher without meter cost while the mode is active, though doing so ends the mode.
