Keiko Kamitani (神谷 けいこ, Kamitani Keiko -real name spelled as 神谷 桂子), born February 13th, 1971 in Osaka, is a seiyū (Japanese voice actor). She was affiliated with J Productions until 2007 when she signed with Ricomotion. She is sometimes called by SNK to perform character image songs at SNK's special events.[1] She was also one of the main hosts to the now defunct radio program, Neo Chupi.
She gains an in-game reference in the first SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters Clash with the character named "Keiko". The player has to challenge her in order to face Harumi (a reference of her Neo Chupi partner, Harumi Ikoma) and get the golden coin they need for the tournament finals. Her deck includes Rimururu related cards and "freezing" action cards. The game also makes a reference to her work with Neo Chupi by adding her character, Takeshi (simply called "Take"), as another challenger for the player.
