KOF: Chronicle (KOFクロニクル) was a free-to-play, tower defense role-playing game by SNK released on October 17, 2019. The intent of the game was to bring together characters of the KOF series up to The King of Fighters XIV, but the game shut down before almost a year of service on October 15, 2020.[1]
Exclusive Plot: EPISODE OF FIGHTERS[]
Weekly special in-game events called "EPISODE OF FIGHTERS" featured side stories and new adventures for each of the KOF participants. Similar to "Extra Ops" from METAL SLUG ATTACK, the events also granted the player a free, playable, rare UR unit with unique moves the centered character did not have before.
