High Angle Naeryo Chagi (ハイアンゲルネリチャギ; High-Angle Downward Kick) is Kim Jae Hoon's T.O.P. Attack in Garou: Mark of the Wolves. It is also one of Gang-il's Command Moves in The King of Fighters series, first appearing in Garou: Mark of the Wolves.

In the case of Jae Hoon, he rears himself, then lifts his leg high for a sharp axe kick.
In the case of Gang-il, he hops forward for a high-angled axe kick.
