High Angle Geyser (ハイアングルゲイザー) is one of Terry Bogard's Super Special Moves in The King of Fighters series, first appearing in The King of Fighters '97.

Description[]

Terry charges forwards with a shoulder block, jumps with an uppercut and finishing with a Power Geyser.

The version's main difference is firing out multiple geysers as opposed to one.

Strategy[]

The version has very fast startup, while the version is a little slower but goes further. Despite the rising animation, High Angle Geyser is NOT a reversal, and has no invincibility at all. As a result, this move works best as a punisher, as it is fast and goes pretty far. However, it doesn't work vs airborne opponent very well, usually whiffing hits, so beware of using it as an anti-air or in juggle combos, because it could easily drop the opponent and leave you open for a punish; it's best used vs a grounded opponent only. Also be careful when using it on tip as the last hit may also whiff in this case.

The version has full startup invincibility, does more damage and travels further than the regular version, meaning that you can combo to it from farther away. Be warned that the MAX version's multiple geysers hits whiff in the corner.
