Throws	Scorpion Death Lock	or +	Rugal grabs his opponent by their neck and lifts them up, strangling them for a second before throwing them.	All appearances
	Scorpion Blow	or +	Rugal grabs his opponent, turns them around, then punches them away.	All appearances
Command Moves	God Lane	or + or	Rugal widens his stance, glows red, then lifts one knee and "glides" along the ground to another location with his eyes aglow.	Capcom vs. SNK 2
Special Moves	Reppuken	+	Rugal swings his front arm up, creating a grounded projectile.	All appearances
	Kaiser Wave; Normal Half Charged Fully Charged	+ ( OK)	Rugal charges up, then pushes out a large wave of energy.	All appearances
	Genocide Cutter	+	Rugal swings his front leg around for a crescent kick. In some instances, he will swing his back leg up too.	All appearances
	Dark Barrier	+	Rugal creates a green energy barrier that reflects projectiles back to the sender.	All appearances
	God Press	+	Rugal rushes forward, grabs his opponent by their stomach, then slams them into the wall he's facing.	All appearances
	Dark Smash	+	Rugal flies diagonally down with his top half shrouded in greyish purple energy.	Capcom vs. SNK 2
	Rugal Execution	+	Rugal dashes forward and grabs the opponent by the neck, ending with an explosion.	Capcom vs. SNK 2
Super Combos	Gigantic Pressure; Level 1 Level 2 Level 3	+	Rugal does a faster God Press, which creates a pillar of purple energy.	All appearances
