The user swoops down to the ground. In older games, the user performs a diving elbow attack. As of KOF XIV however, the user instead tucks into a ball and rolls down vertically.

The user jabs their opponent's legs; in the case of Mai, she does it with her fan.
Uwa Agito (上顎; Upper Jaw)
The user does a jumping axe kick.

In COTW, Andy gains an updated version known as Shin Gen'ei Shiranui (真・幻影不知火; True: Phantom Sea-Fire), where Andy leaps up into the air, kicking up dust. The version makes him turn invisible and gives him the longest jump-arc.

Kuro Ame (黒雨; Black Rain)
"Follow-up technique performed via additional input during [Shin Gen'ei Shiranui]. Slice through the air with a fierce downward chop."
—Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Andy turns around and swings his rear arm down for an overhand chop. The version makes Andy teleport behind the opponent with a puff of smoke before performing the attack.
Shibuki (飛沫; Splash)
"Follow-up technique performed via additional input during [Shin Gen'ei Shiranui]. Aim with a low sliding kick."
—Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Andy drops to the floor after the jump, then slides forwards with a low profile to kick his opponent with his outstretched rear leg.
"Follow-up technique performed via additional input during [Shin Gen'ei Shiranui]. Trap the opponent in a headlock and wrench back. A useful way to break through the opponent's defenses."
—Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Andy latches onto his opponent from behind with a sleeper hold, breaking their neck before flipping back out of the way.
