Dark Barrier

}} Dark Barrier (ダークバリア) is one of Rugal Bernstein's Special Moves in the King of Fighters series, first appearing alongside him in The King of Fighters '94.

His son, Adelheid, has a version dubbed G. Wand (Ｇ（ジー）・ヴァンド; German for "Great Wall"), first appearing alongside him in The King of Fighters 2003.

Description[]

The user creates a circular barrier made of energy from their front palm - green for Rugal, silver for Adelheid.

While active, the barrier can reflect most projectiles and projectile-based Super Special Moves. It can also cause minor damage when up-close to the opponent and crumple an opponent, leaving them open for attacks.
