Counter Shell (カウンターシェル) is one of Kula Diamond's Special Moves in the King of Fighters series, first appearing alongside her in The King of Fighters 2000.

Description[]
Kula swipes her hand behind her. If she's hit during this, she'll counterattack by kicking a block of ice forwards.
Strategy[]
As would the name implies, Counter Shell is a counter, so best use it for incoming attacks. Counter Shell also acts as a reflector, which makes it a great anti-zoning tool, and can even counter/reflect moves you wouldn't even think could be, such as Terry's Power Geyser.
Whiffing Counter Shell was known to be one of the easiest ways for Kula to build up meter fast, although this aspect has been nerfed in KOF XV.
