Terry performs a back-spin kick with his front leg. If it connects, Terry whips up a tornado around him and uses his back leg to kick his opponent up into it. Afterwards, he jumps and drives his fist into the ground to create a Power Geyser, which he infuses into the tornado while gradually outputting more energy until it erupts.
