"もらった! (You're mine!)"
—Andy, KOF XIV - KOF XV

Chou Shin Soku Zan-ei Ken (ちょうしんそく慘影拳ざんえいけん; Super Godspeed Cruel Shadow Fist) is Andy Bogard's Neo Max Super Special Move in The King of Fighters XIII, which would also return as his Climax Super Special Move as of The King of Fighters XIV.

Input
KOF XIII - KOF XIV
+ ( OK)
KOF XV
+ ( OK)

Description[]

Andy zooms at his opponent with blinding speed for a Zan-ei Ken, which blacks out the screen for a moment. Afterwards, Andy drives his opponent into the wall he's facing with his elbow, winding his target.

Starting with KOF XIV, the finishing blow shot replays three times before the move ends.

Strategy[]

One of the strongest and useful Super Special Moves in SNK history, Chou Shin Soku Zan-ei Ken can basically do it all. Opponent rolled at full-screen? Opponent whiffed an attack? Opponent raw jumped? It's Chou Shin Soku Zan-ei Ken Time. If countered, this move can very easily do 75% worth of damage! Not only that, but the opponent is also carried to the corner of the stage the moment the move ends, which can be used to continue pressuring the opponent.

With that being said... It's not completely invincible. It's extremely unsafe on block, and as of KOF XV, has no invincibility whatsoever. Best to use it as a combo finisher.
