C.Y.S. (
History[]
C.Y.S. is a well-known musical band in The King of Fighters universe. Yashiro is the main guitarist, Shermie is the main keyboardist and Chris is the main vocalist.
One day, the trio were preparing to perform when the club they were scheduled at canceled them in favor of a jazz band featuring Iori Yagami. Upset at their loss and angered by "the man with red hair", the band member steal the invitations from the American Sports Team (Heavy D!, Lucky Glauber and Brian Battler) and enters in the KOF '97 tournament in order to get their revenge against Iori. The band was disbanded due to the deaths of the members after their attempt to revive Orochi.
Shermie, Yashiro and Chris suddenly back in the realm of the living.
After Verse's destruction during the events of The King of Fighters XIV, Yashiro, Shermie, and Chris were all revived. They seemingly had no problem readjusting back into the music industry after their long absence, as they were happily playing after Shermie woke up from a not so pleasant dream.
After the events of the most recent tournament, C.Y.S. is seen playing at a concert.
