Awakening (覚醒（かくせい）) is one of Leona's Super Special Moves in the King of Fighters series, first appearing in The King of Fighters 2002: Challenge to Ultimate Battle.

Sacrificing half of her current life, Leona goes into her Riot form. Cannot be used to turn back into regular Leona.

This demonstrates the fact that Leona, as a Hakkesshu, is capable of controlling her own Riot of the Blood, maintaining her humanity even while utilizing Orochi's powers.
