Active Typhon (アクティブテュポーン) is one of Tizoc's Special Moves in both the Fatal Fury & The King of Fighters series, first appearing alongside him in Garou: Mark of the Wolves.

Description[]
- "Leap onto the opponent and drive them into the ground with a backflip. A useful way to break through the opponent's defenses."

Tizoc flips forward and lands on his opponent's shoulders, then flips backwards for a Frankensteiner-style throw, slamming his opponent on their back.

- Typhon is the name of a monster in Greek mythology, and the son of Gaia & Tartarus.
- This move's name was originally dubbed "Active Tupon" from its debut in MOTW all the way up to KOF XI, though this would eventually be corrected in City of the Wolves.
