129 Shiki Akegarasu (百弐拾九式（ひゃくにじゅうきゅうしき）・明烏（あけがらす）; Method 129: Bright Crow) is one of Iori Yagami's Special Moves in The King of Fighters series, first appearing in The King of Fighters XII.

Description[]

Iori rushes forward bracing himself with his leading arm, and slashes with it outward upon reaching his foe. The version has invincibility at start-up and does an extra hit.

Strategy[]

Iori's new advancing attack does very good chip guard damage. The version goes 1/3 screen while the version goes 3/4's of the screen. Both are fairly safe on block when connecting at max range, but can be punished by grabs, fast normals or specials if they connect too deep.
